Value Australia began as a collaborative government, industry and academic research project tackling the challenges of valuing land and property. Today, we use advanced analytics and AI to deliver interactive, reliable and transparent insights into a property’s economic value and uplift potential, grounded in its unique location and context supporting better decisions across housing, infrastructure and community planning.
The current labour-intensive approach to land and property value assessment results in expensive, slow and dated, or point in time, property valuations particularly for urban fringe and regional land.

Integrating research, significant data assets and using state-of-the-art analytics and artificial intelligence, Value Australia delivers secure digital valuation models and tools covering a broad range of land and property types across Australia. We aim to provide an unprecedented accuracy and transparency in to each valuation, and allow our partners to undertake scenario planning to understand future risk.
