The firm was founded in 2013 by Mr. Victor Shamrich and Mr. Ido Neuberger, two veterans of the Israeli Capital Market, after merging their previously-owned investment house of Dash-Apex with Meitav Dash to be the 2nd largest Israeli Investment House in Israel.

Advising private and public companies in the buy and sell side, involving in local and cross border transactions like mergers, acquisitions, take private transactions, MBOs etc.
Underwriting Services 
Providing underwriting and distribution services for private and public companies, including debt and equity fundraisings on the Israeli capital markets, private debt raising from local institutions etc.
Value Base is the 3rd largest underwriting and distribution services firm in Israel (in terms of number of transaction led in the first 9 months of 2017).

Representation of Global Asset Managers (GAR Capital)
Providing essential assistance to global fund managers seeking to raise money in the Israeli institutional market. The company currently provides promotion and fundraising services within the Hebrew speaking market for a group of global funds managers with total assets under management of more than $2.5 trillion. Since its foundation, GAR Capital has been instrumental in the successful penetration and promotion of some of the world’s largest asset managers into the Israeli Capital Market. 

Alternative Investment
Establishing  and managing alternative investments vehicles including a public Spanish REIT Fund, a Litigation financing Fund and Hedge Fund.

Equity Research
Providing  analyst coverage for public Israeli firms and business environments, as well as financial services including valuations, strategic financial planning, debt restructuring etc.
