Gemma Ruffo has extensive experience in the airline and travel industry, beginning with a role as a Train Stewardess at RENFE in 1991. Gemma transitioned to Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA, serving as Airport Duty Manager from February 2000 to March 2018, overseeing daily operations at Barcelona Airport. After this, Gemma worked as a Leisure Account Manager and Airport Ticket Sales Agent within Alitalia from March 2018 to August 2022, focusing on reservations, ticket sales, and airport support for irregular operations. Currently, Gemma serves as the Bcn Airport Team Leader for Value Group since July 2023. Gemma holds a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from CETT, Universitat de Barcelona, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
