Cindy Starke

Cindy Starke is currently a portfolio manager at Value Line. Cindy has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, working as an equity analyst and portfolio manager for various companies.

Starke started their career in 1995 as a portfolio manager and equity analyst for US Trust Co., Campbell Cowperthwait Division. Cindy then moved to NewBridge Partners, LLC in 1999, where they served as a portfolio manager and equity analyst for four years. In 2003, they joined Victory Capital Management as a portfolio manager and equity analyst. Cindy was promoted to managing director in 2006 and left the company in 2007.

From 2010 to 2012, Starke worked as an equity analyst and consultant for Conative Capital Management. Cindy then joined Spears Abacus Advisors LLC as a portfolio manager and equity analyst in 2012. Cindy left the company in 2014 to join Value Line, where they have been working as a portfolio manager since.

Cindy Starke has an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Fordham University. Cindy also attended Red Bank Catholic.

Cindy Starke works with Jeffrey D. Geffen - Portfolio Manager, Anthony Frazia - Chief Compliance Officer, and Liane Rosenberg - Portfolio Manager. Cindy Starke reports to Mitchell Appel, CEO.
