R Nelson

R Nelson has a diverse background in finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship. R founded RNSBS in 2003 and later established Congent Business Intelligence in 2016, where they currently serve as the CEO and Founder. R also founded and patronized congentBI Foundation in 2015. Nelson has held various roles in different organizations, including Head of Finance, HR & Commercial Operations (UK) at Value Partners Management Consulting from 2011 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as an Accountant at Misys from 1992 to 2002. R also has experience as a Group Accountant at Triple E Ltd from 2008 to 2012 and at Pugpig from 2012 to 2016.

R Nelson has a background in social sciences from the University of Cambridge. They also pursued studies in management accounting at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Currently, in 2022, they are enrolled in the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, specializing in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme.
