Erik Rynearson has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Erik began their career in 1999 as an Analyst, Technology at Marriott International. In 2000, they moved to e.magination as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2002, they became the Chief Information Officer at TechAssist, LLC. In 2008, they were the Director, Client Services at Alteritech. Erik then moved to CloudBearing in 2011 as the Chief Information Officer, Principal Technical Architect & Co-Founder. In 2014, they joined SoftwareONE as the Director, Digital Transformation and Technical Director. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Wellforce. In 2021, they joined Dataiku as the Principle Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are the Customer Success Lead at ValueBlue.

Erik Rynearson has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from American University and attended Theodore Roosevelt High School. Erik also holds certifications from LinkedIn, Prosci, Microsoft, Georgetown University, and Microsoft's Partner-Customer Success Management Program. Erik is currently working towards obtaining the Enterprise Architecture in Practice certification from LinkedIn in August 2022.
