Business Architect at ValueBlue

Rob Heskes began working in 2015 as a Business Architect for ValueBlue bv, where they specialized in the innovation of processes. In 2018, they took on a role as a Business Architect for Nuffic, where they were responsible for creating a target architecture for the website application landscape and supporting the customer journey for foreign students studying in the Netherlands. In 2017, they worked as an Enterprise Architect for Eno Zorgverzekeraar, where they were tasked with further developing and implementing an Enterprise architecture. Rob also worked as an Architect for the UWV in 2017, where they supported the Problem Management team and the UWV Monitoring Center in improving processes and describing the Chain Monitoring Architecture. In 2016, they worked as an Architect for the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie, where they worked to support the best care for children with cancer and research into childhood cancer. In 2019, they took on a role as an Enterprise-architect for Certe (via ValueBlue), where they contributed to the transformation of Certe into one Certe, with BlueDolphin at the center. In 2021, they began working as an Architect for IT Platform Twente (via ValueBlue). Additionally, between 2007 and 2010, Rob Heskes worked at KPN Corporate Market as an Architect/ICT Management Architect, where they specialized in managing complex and large infrastructures. Rob also worked as an ICT Management Architect/Senior Consultant and an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Operations Management. Finally, from 2010 to 2015, Rob Heskes served as the Chairman of MR de Steenbeek, a school board comprised of parents and teachers.

Rob Heskes attended MTS Leiden from 1979 to 1983, studying Electronica. Rob then attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. From 1992 to 1995, they attended NOVI and obtained an AMBI in Information Technology. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they attended De Baak, studying Invloed in complexiteit.
