Rajeev Kumar

Rajeev Kumar is an experienced HR Executive with over a decade of expertise in recruitment and candidate management. Since May 2011, Rajeev has been employed at Valuebound, responsible for screening and selecting candidates, coaching them for interviews, and maintaining candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems. Prior to this, Rajeev worked at Bright Consultants from June 2010 to June 2011, focusing on candidate relations and sourcing suitable candidates for various positions. Rajeev also briefly held a role as a Senior HR Recruiter at a consultancy in Delhi, enhancing staffing and resourcing strategies. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR & Marketing from NIMT B Schols and an earlier education at DAV Public School.
