Sebastian Pech

Sebastian Pech has a wealth of professional experience. Sebastian began their career in 2007 as a Systemadministrator and Software Developer at arvato systems GmbH. Sebastian then moved to arvato IT services in 2013 as an Assistent to the Head of Technology Services. In 2014, they joined Arvato CRM Solutions GmbH | Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as an Infrastructure & Supplier Manager. In 2015, they took on additional roles as a Personal Trainer and Lecturer at b.i.b. International College. In 2017, they became an Entrepreneur in Training at Founders Foundation gGmbH. Finally, in 2018, they joined Valuedesk GmbH as a Tech Lead and Senior Developer. In each role, they have provided methods, best practices, tools, and knowledge transfer, evaluated and assessed different technologies and IT trends, and collaborated with different internal and external teams and suppliers.

Sebastian Pech began their educational career in 2006 when they obtained an IT specialist degree from b.i.b. International College. From 2009 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Informatics from FHDW Paderborn. In 2014, they earned a Fitness Training B-License from IST-Studieninstitut GmbH, followed by a Certified Project Management Associate (CPMA) - IPMA Level D in January 2014. In 2015, they earned an IST-Diploma Fitness Professional from IST-Studieninstitut GmbH, as well as a variety of additional certifications from the same institution. Sebastian also earned an IST-Diploma Personal Trainer from IST-Studieninstitut GmbH in 2015-2016. In 2017, they obtained a Developing a Competitive Strategy certification from Lynda.com, as well as Executive Leadership and Wirksam führen certifications from the same institution. Sebastian also obtained an ITIL® Lifecycle Stream - Continual Service Improvement (2017) certification from Maxpert GmbH, as well as an ITIL® Lifecycle Stream - Managing Across the Lifecycle, ITIL Expert (2017) certification from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Founders Academy certification from Founders Foundation gGmbH in September 2017, and an Erfolgreich verkaufen certification from Lynda.com in December 2016.
