Sam Field

Sam Field is an experienced business analyst currently working at ValueFlow since September 2025. Previously, Sam held the role of Technical Business Analyst in Data Governance at the University of the Sunshine Coast from May 2023 to August 2025, supporting enterprise data governance initiatives. Sam also served as a Data Management Specialist at UniSC, focusing on enhancing data governance practices. Earlier in the career at CommuniCloud, Sam worked as Head of Operations for Cyber Security and UC, successfully implementing an ISO 27001 accredited Information Security Management System, and as Head of Service & Operations, emphasizing service quality and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes positions at BT, including Service Operations Team Captain for the AMEA region and Conferencing Specialist, managing client relationships and delivering conferencing services to prestigious global clients.
