Kamil Odumosu

Kamil Odumosu is a Human Capital Leader with over 13 years of experience in aviation, consulting, financial services, and oil & gas. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at ValueJet, Kamil has implemented a workforce strategy for over 300 employees, achieving significant improvements in recruitment efficiency and employee engagement. Kamil has previously held positions at PwC Ghana and Allianz Nigeria, where they have driven organizational transformation and workforce strategy initiatives. Kamil holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Technology Akure.
