Olubunmi Sofola

Head, Customer Experience at ValueJet

Olubunmi Sofola has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Relationship Officer at AXA Mansard from August 2006 to September 2007. Following this, they joined Scib Nigeria & Company Ltd in March 2009 as a Management Trainee, eventually working their way up to the position of Senior Client Service Executive from June 2016 to October 2019. In November 2019, Olubunmi became the Chief Customer Officer at Yesel, a role they currently hold. Additionally, Olubunmi joined ValueJet in June 2023 as the Head of Customer Experience.

Olubunmi Sofola obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Lagos in 2006. They later achieved an Associate degree in Credit Management from the Institute of Credit Administration, Nigeria in 2008. In 2019, Sofola became a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, Sofola pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Business School Netherlands.
