Preethi Gopalakrishnan

Preethi Gopalakrishnan is currently the Head of Global PMO & Legal at ValueLabs. Prior to this, they were the Lead - Contract Management at KeyPoint Technologies from February 2016 to July 2017. Her job responsibilities included drafting, reviewing and negotiating various contracts related to IT products and services such as MSAs, SOW/WO, NDAs, Sub-contracting Agreement, Consulting Agreements, Teaming Agreements and Resellers Agreement. Preethi also acted as a liaison between the company and the client to ensure timely review / approval and execution of the contract. In addition, they provided recommendations to internal stakeholders and negotiated with clients on all standard and non-standard contracts to ensure timely finalization and execution of contracts.

Preethi Gopalakrishnan has a Master of Laws from Osmania University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR, and a Bachelor of Laws from Osmania University. Preethi has also completed Intermediate level studies in Civics, Economics and Commerce from Narayana Junior College, and ICSE level studies from St. Ann's High School. Preethi has a certification from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in DELF (Diplôme D'études en Langue Française) A2.
