Values into Action
Jill Astoreca is a Learning and Development Specialist at Values into Action since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in education. Previously, Jill served as an English Language Arts Teacher at the School District of Springfield Township from September 2018 to June 2022, where learner-centered and project-based instruction was prioritized, and virtual teaching was effectively implemented during COVID-19. Prior experience includes teaching English at Glen Rock High School from September 2004 to June 2018, utilizing data to meet learning objectives and engaging in professional learning communities. Jill holds an MA in Education with a focus on Literacy from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education English from Indiana University Bloomington.

Our vision is that every citizen realizes their full civil rights and contributes to their communities in meaningful ways. Our mission is to help each person build and/or sustain a system of personal support. Currently, the scope of services provided include: •Deciding where to live, and who to live with •Being part of the community at large - working, recreating and contributing •Having freely chosen, stable and loving relationships outside of the service system
