Richard Weintraub

Richard Weintraub has been a practicing corporate and securities law attorney since 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they were the Managing Partner of Weintraub Dillon PC. In 2012, they became the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of CommunityLeader, Inc., a software and services firm that provides an electronic platform for securities offerings. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Director and Co-Founder of ValueScape and the Co-Founder and Director of Belgata, Inc. Richard currently serves as the Managing Director of Weintraub Law Group PC, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, private placements, and public offerings of securities.

Richard Weintraub attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1971 to 1975, graduating with a BA in Economics/Political Science. Richard then attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles from 1975 to 1978, earning a Doctor of Law (JD). During their time at Loyola Law School, they were placed on the Dean's List for all 6 semesters and specialized in Taxation.
