Declan King

Declan King is the current Managing Director and Group Head of Real Estate at ValuStrat. Prior to this, they were a Production Engineer at Hit Ace Industries from March 2015 to December 2015. Before that, they were a Maintenance Engineer at LCC Siporex from December 2012 to December 2014. Declan started their career as a Project/Quality Engineer at Thermax in August 2010 and left in November 2012.

Declan King has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Declan also has certification from Informa in Lloyd's Maritime Academy: Certificate in Vessel Valuation and Saudi Council of Engineers in Engineer Certificate.

Declan King reports to Shahid Kazi, Group Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Pawel Banach - Director & General Manager, Qatar, Kevin Sidebottom - Managing Director, Advisory, and Yousuf Siddiki - Managing Partner, KSA.
