Sarah Wright is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Valvoline Inc. since March 2021, advancing from roles including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to Valvoline, Sarah held positions at ADP from 2017 to 2020 as a Client Relationship Manager/Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where responsibilities included building client relationships and creating recruiting strategies. Sarah's earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Manager role at Power Design, Inc., where oversight of a recruiting team and vendor contract negotiations took place, and a combined Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior IT Recruiter role at Software Information Systems, focusing on HR solutions and managing recruitment for IT and corporate roles.
