Clara Marquart

Clara Marquart's work experience begins in 2012 with their role as a Bankkauffrau at Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank, where they worked until 2014. Clara then became a Kundenberaterin at the same company until 2016.

In 2017, Clara became a Werkstudentin Objektbetreuung at KALKAN Immobilien GmbH, where they worked until 2018.

In 2019, they joined JLL as a Praktikantin Valuation & Transaction Advisory for six months. Later, they became a Werkstudentin Valuation & Transaction Advisory and worked until 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, Clara worked as a Junior-Immobiliengutachterin at Value AG the valuation group.

Currently, Clara is working at Valyria as a Transaction Manager since October 2021 and also an Energy Consultant since January 2023.

Clara Marquart pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the Berufskolleg des Genossenschaftsverbandes Münster, where they obtained a degree in Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen, specifically as a gepr. Bankkauffrau (IHK). Clara then furthered their education at TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA in International Real Estate Management. In 2018 to 2019, Clara took part in an Auslandssemster program at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, focusing on Business Management.
