Mathieu Massines is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in methods engineering and research and development. Currently serving as Methods Engineering Manager at VAM USA since April 2018, Mathieu has previously held various engineering roles at Vallourec Drilling Products from September 2006 to April 2018, including R&D Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Responsibilities included project management from design to product qualification, tooling design using finite element simulation, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that significantly enhanced process efficiency. Mathieu holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from ISIV, a DUT GIM - HND in Maintenance from the University of Valenciennes, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Pierre Forest.
