Jake Maier has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as a Leadership Development Program Associate at VAMAC Inc. since November 2010, where responsibilities include cross-training across departments and managing product delivery schedules to enhance efficiency. Concurrently, Jake has served in the United States Marine Corps since May 2007, holding the position of Sergeant - Howitzer Section Chief, overseeing a significant artillery unit and training Marines on advanced tactics.
