Palash Agarwal is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Technical Operations Director at Vamp Tech Spa, where responsibilities include leading the operations team at the Asian production facility. With a strong background in polymer technology, Palash has previously held roles such as Process Engineer and Technologist for the extrusion of thermoplastic materials, playing a crucial role in setting up a new production facility in Malaysia. Prior experiences include positions at Randstad Deutschland as a Production and Warehouse Team Member, and as a Research Student at A. Schulman GmbH, focusing on the development of trial planning for highly filled materials. An internship at BMW India involved improving production processes, while earlier in-plant training experiences at Wheels India Limited and ITC Limited provided foundational skills in production techniques and plant maintenance. Palash holds a Master’s Degree in Polymer Technology from Hochschule Aalen, a Master Diploma in Production Design and Analysis from Cadd Centre, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Sathyabama University.
