Van Alstine has offered industrial solutions in packaging and manufacturing since 1950 with stocking warehouses in Syracuse and Albany to provide clients with just in time delivery. Partnerships with industry leaders 3M, Sealed Air, Dynabrade, Combi, Wulftec, Hitachi, HB Fuller, Norwix, Shanklin, Cryovac and Sato, as well as other elite manufacturers, has led to Van Alstine's position as a top tier value-added distributor in the Northeast.

We are a Premier 3M Distributor offering products from their Packaging, Industrial, MRO, Safety, Marine and Automotive Divisions.

Van Alstine’s approach to its customers is different than other distributors. The gaining of an in-depth understanding of the customer’s process, and what ultimately drives their profits, allows Van Alstine to define those areas that offer the most potential savings for the customer. This understanding often results in the proposal of automation equipment that may reduce labor, increase line speeds and ultimately increase productivity. Constant research into new technologies and products also enhances Van Alstine in providing their customers other avenues to a more profitable bottom line. This is especially true in the development of specialty converted products-replacing more traditional, cumbersome, and labor intensive products. The Van Alstine sales team and technical service team take pride in their constant quest to be the most knowledgeable organization in industrial distribution.

Van Alstine is a proud member of the Northeast Dairy Foods & Suppliers Associations, New York State Brewers Association, New York Wine & Grape Foundation and MACNY.

A division of Van Alstine, MACARAN Printed Products, has been converting & printing high quality pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging since the early 1970's.
