Jolene Smith

Jolene Smith, CCP, PHR, serves as the Director of People & Culture at Van Buskirk Companies since October 2023. Previously, Jolene held the position of Director of Human Resources at Journey Group from August 2015 to September 2023. Prior to that role, Jolene worked at PREMIER Bankcard as a Directing Officer in Corporate Human Resources from January 2001 to August 2015 and as an HR Supervisor at Gateway from October 1994 to December 2000. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Corporate Communication from Buena Vista University and is a graduate of Worthington Senior High School.
