Andy Howard

Andy Howard is an experienced professional in the piling and geotechnical engineering field, with a notable career spanning over 35 years. Since November 2019, Andy has worked as a Rail Consultant for Van Elle, while also serving as the Owner and Director at AB Piling & Underpinning Ltd since July 2019. Prior to this, Andy established UK Piling Specialists Ltd in March 2018, a family-run business that focuses on personalized piling solutions. From January 2013, Andy held the role of Rail Technical and Innovations Director at Van Elle Rail, where responsibilities included developing innovative piling techniques for railway infrastructure. Throughout a career at Van Elle Ltd beginning in 1990, Andy progressed through various roles, including Divisional Rail Director and Senior Contracts Manager, showcasing strong leadership and technical expertise in the industry.
