Michael Hermann

Michael Hermann has extensive work experience in the industrial sales industry. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Industrial Sales at Van Meter Inc., where they collaborate with employee-owners to develop and implement the company's vision and strategy for the industrial business. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Rockwell Automation, including Director of Market Access Strategy, Regional Channel Manager for North America, Business Manager for OEM Drives, Branch Manager, Solution and Architecture Sales Manager, and Team Leader for Automotive Sales Engineer. In these roles, they focused on developing market access strategies, fostering relationships with partners and distributors, managing global business units, and leading sales teams across different regions.

Michael Hermann earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1999. After a gap in education, they pursued further studies and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2007 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Michael Hermann has also obtained additional certifications, including the Strategic Leadership Series from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in September 2014, and a Certificate of Industrial Distribution Management from Texas A&M University in January 2005.
