Daniel Lems

Daniel Lems currently serves as Teamlead Talent Acquisition at Van Oord, overseeing a team of recruiters focused on hiring talent in Ocean Health, engineering, estimating, survey, QHSE, and the Offshore Energy business unit in Dubai. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions in talent acquisition and recruitment, including Coordinator Talent Acquisition Engineering & Estimating and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Van Oord, and Owner of Recruitment Careers. Daniel also has experience as a Sales Recruiter at Careers in Sales and S&L Job Solutions, as well as a Sales Account Manager and Fitness Trainer at The Wellness Club. Daniel holds a degree in Sport Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and completed HAVO at Sint Laurens College.
