Kees de Looff

Kees de Looff serves as the Legal Manager for the Business Unit Offshore Energy at Van Oord since February 2017, where responsibilities include in-house tender and contract management, team leadership, recruitment, and the development of contracting principles. Kees has also worked as an Independent Consultant at Tallmanagement BV, offering legal and management services across various industries since April 2006. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Boskalis, focusing on the integration of legal practices and managing litigation, as well as significant positions at Oce and Smit International, where Kees oversaw legal counsel activities and crew management. Kees holds degrees in Civil Law, Business Law, and International Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Stichting Leergang Bedrijfskunde Dordrecht.
