Van Walraven
Pascal Coops has extensive experience in the culinary field and application management. Since December 2020, Pascal has been serving as an Applicatiebeheerder at Van Walraven, following a role as junior applicatie beheerder. Prior to this, Pascal worked in various culinary positions, including Chef de partie at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and zelfstandig werkend kok at Cafe/Restaurant De Punt and VERMAAT. Early in the career, Pascal gained valuable experience as a zelfstandig werkend kok at AFC Ajax and as Souschef at Restaurant Castell. Education includes a degree as leermeester from SVH and multiple culinary qualifications from ROC van Amsterdam, culminating in a Kok niveau 3. Pascal's foundational education was completed at Amstelveen College with a VMBO-T diploma.
