Vidhya K is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People & Culture at Vananam and Vananam Foods, Vidhya oversees various HR functions, including payroll, benefits, talent sourcing, and employee relations. Previously, as a People Operations Manager at Xoxoday, Vidhya managed comprehensive HR activities for over 450 employees and directed office administration, facilities management, and IT infrastructure. Vidhya holds a BSc in MPCS from S K University.
