Latika Ogra

Latika Ogra has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Latika'smost recent position was as the Head of HR at Vanator RPO, which they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Human Resources Administrative at Aureans from February 2019 to September 2020. At Aureans, they were responsible for performance management, HR policies, induction, employee engagement, and compliance. Before Aureans, Latika served as the Human Resources Manager at POPxo from May 2018 to February 2019, and as an HR Business Partner at Maven Workforce from January 2017 to September 2017. Latika'searlier experiences include working as an HR Manager at SDRC India Advisors LLP from December 2014 to April 2016, as a Sr. Executive HR at Reliance Communications from March 2011 to November 2014, as an HR Executive at The Nilgiri Dairy Farm Pvt.Ltd. from September 2009 to March 2011, and as an HR Trainee at Mphasis in April 2008-May 2008. Throughout their career, Latika has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, policies, employee engagement, and HR business partnering.

Latika Ogra obtained a Senior secondary degree in General Studies from Scindia Kanya Vidhyalaya, Gwalior in 2003. Latika then completed their 12th std in Commerce from Carmel Convent School, Bhopal in 2003 as well. From 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Commerce from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Latika Ogra earned a Master's degree in MATS School of Business & IT, specializing in Human Resource, from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. Additionally, in May 2006, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma- Green Belt.
