Charles Gail

Charles Gail is a Senior Software Engineer at Vanco since June 2021, with previous experience as a Software Engineer at Wells Fargo from July 2020 to June 2021, where contributions were made to an Agile team developing internal applications. Prior to that, Charles served as a Senior Application Engineer at Realogy Holdings Corp. from April 2007 to July 2020, providing IT solutions to the real estate agent community and third-party vendors as part of Agile Development Teams. Charles began the career as a Systems Analyst at Carlson Companies, Inc. from June 1999 to March 2007, delivering IT solutions for the travel industry. Additionally, Charles served in the US Army Reserves from August 1991 to December 1999 as an Observer Controller, creating and simulating scenarios for unit testing. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
