Greg Atkinson

Greg Atkinson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Greg started as a Software Engineer Intern at LaserMaster in 1994. Greg then joined Thomson Reuters and worked as a Software Engineer & Systems Architect, where they led the migration of West Legal Directory from the mainframe to UNIX. Greg also served as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched a new product generating over one million dollars in annual revenue. At FindLaw, Greg held the position of Lead Software Engineer and Software Development Manager, leading teams and receiving prestigious awards for their work. Greg later moved to Identifix, where they served as Vice President of Software Development, leading half of the software development organization and managing an annual budget of $3.5 million. Currently, they are working as Vice President of Software Development at Vanco Payment Solutions, leading teams and resolving customer complaints.

Greg Atkinson earned their MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Minnesota between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Greg also holds certifications in Communicating Across Cultures, Unconscious Bias, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, obtained in the year 2020.
