Justin Heimer

Justin Heimer has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Justin started their career as a Software Engineer at Navitaire in 1998 and later held the roles of Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Architect. In 2005, they became a Software Development Team Lead at Navitaire. Justin then moved on to Thomson Reuters in 2009, where they worked as an Agile Coach and later became a Technology Manager. Justin joined the company Vanco in 2019, initially as a Software Development Manager and later promoted to Director of Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Technology at Vanco.

Justin Heimer attended St. Cloud State University from 1993 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Meteorology. Justin also has certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" obtained from LinkedIn in 2020.
