Daniel Kaupp has a diverse work experience starting from their time in the US Navy (1996-2006) where they worked both as a network administrator and MIS instructor. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Director of Client Services (2006-2012) for Fandotech where they managed a team responsible for delivering over $30 million annually in products and services. Daniel later worked with F3 Technology Partners as a Managed Care Manager and Director of Engineering (2012-2015) where they set up a successful delivery mechanism and processes for managing customers' production systems. Between 2015 and 2019, they worked for NWN Corporation starting as a Director of Professional Services, Northeast before their promotion to Vice President, Service Delivery where they successfully managed a team of 40 technical engineers and project managers to drive the $200MM national converged infrastructure professional services division. Between 2019 and 2022, they worked with TBNG Consulting as a Director of Professional Services where they developed strategic plans and managed customer relationship, project delivery, and operational success metrics. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Professional Services at Vancord since May 2022.
Daniel Kaupp obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2006. Daniel then pursued their Master's in Business Administration at Western New England University from 2008 to 2011 with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Daniel also obtained various certifications including Netapp NCIE in 2013, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2023, Project Management Professional in 2008, AWS Solution Architect Associate and AWS Cloud Practitioner in 2020, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with no specified institution or date.
