Tim Williams

Tim Williams has been a Senior Vice President at Vanda Pharmaceutical since June of 2022. Previously, they were with Combe Incorporated from August 2015 to June 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain. Tim was also with Bunge from March 2013 to August 2015 as the Director of Integrated Process Improvement and Vi-Jon from April 2010 to February 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer.

At Vanda Pharmaceutical, Tim Williams is in charge of the legal department and acts as the company's secretary. Tim is responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the Board of Directors and senior management team. Tim also oversees all legal matters relating to the company, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.

Previously, at Combe Incorporated, Tim Williams was responsible for leading the global supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and quality for the company. Tim was also in charge of the performance improvement across Combe's North American operations. At Bunge, Tim Williams was responsible for integrated performance improvement across Bunge North America's industrial operations. Tim was also the PMO for North American Food & Ingredients segment.

At Vi-Jon, Tim Williams was responsible for transforming the operations, supply chain, and customer service for the largest provider of private label personal care products in the US. Tim was also responsible for multiple manufacturing plants (liquid and powder fill, plastic bottle blow molding) and distribution/assembly centers. Tim Williams led large teams across sourcing and procurement, production, logistics

Tim Williams has a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, an M.Brew from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, and a Graduate Diploma in Malting and Brewing from Federation University Australia. Tim also attended St Hilda's College at the University of Melbourne.

Tim Williams reports to Mihael H. Polymeropoulos, President & CEO. Tim Williams works with Kevin Moran - SVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Jan Ver Eecke - VP Engineering, and Aranthan Jones - Chief of Corporate Affairs and Communications Officer.
