Jonathan Ehrman is a highly experienced professional with a focus on quantitative science education and research. Currently serving as the Director of The SyBBURE Searle Undergraduate Research & Design Program at Vanderbilt University since August 2011, Jonathan has held multiple roles including Laboratory Manager and Post-Doctoral Fellow. Responsibilities include mentoring students, fostering their personal and professional development, and creating structured group projects addressing scientific and industrial problems. Jonathan's background includes teaching physics labs, developing course content, and providing training in scientific writing. Additionally, Jonathan has experience as a Research Assistant using advanced microfluidic systems for experimental design. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Vanderbilt University, complemented by dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Physics and Mathematics & Statistics from Miami University.
