Raf Jansen is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational improvement, supply chain management, and process enhancement. Currently serving as COO at Vandersanden since June 2019, Jansen emphasizes environmental impact reduction alongside company goals. Previous roles include Managing Partner at PvO, where effective process improvements and practical training were provided, and Managing Partner at Avancys, focused on creating sustainable value. Jansen has held significant positions at Balta Group as Director of Operational Improvement, at Elster Group as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, and at Medtronic as Director of Lean Sigma & Strategic Programs.
