VandY derives its name from the two words Vardhini and Yatharth, meaning, growth and reality respectively, in Sanskrit.

Established in 1997, with its head office located in the beautiful city of Chandigarh (Northern India), VandY started its operations with a humble staff strength of 10 employees, operating in only one Indian state. Since then, it has grown rapidly and now stands tall and ripe with experience and with operations spread in 37 cities across 5 Indian states and 1 union territory.

It is now ready to take on offshore projects, with the commitment to building exemplary relationships with its clients, based on the principles of mutual trust and mutual growth.

Since its inception, the institution has been a pioneer in providing unique and superior services to customer-oriented Multi National Corporations (MNCs) and privatized Indian banks and financial institutions that need expert assistance in managing their customers effectively, competently and professionally.

We are committed to delivering services beyond the expectations of our valued clients. The quality of our services clearly distinguishes us from the others.

This is precisely the reason why we are known as the “the name behind names”
