Jayesh Bhansali

Jayesh Bhansali, CFA, CAIA, serves as an Independent Trustee and Audit Committee Chair at VanEck, where responsibilities include risk oversight. Additionally, Jayesh is a Board Trustee for the YMCA Retirement Fund, contributing to the Investment Committee and Audit Committee with a focus on economic security for YMCA employees. As an Independent Advisor for the Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network, involvement includes the Retirement Plan Investment Committee. In the role of Chief Investment Officer at IRIQIV, Jayesh directs strategic asset allocation and manager due diligence. Jayesh has served on the Board of Trustees for The Baker Center for Children and Families and as an Adjunct Professor at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and previously at Columbia Business School, teaching courses on portfolio management and risk management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at TIAA, managing significant fixed income and derivatives portfolios, and consultancy with the CFA Institute. Jayesh holds a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
