Timothy Bethe

Timothy Bethe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Timothy started their career at Bluestone in 2000 as the Head of Lending, and then became a Senior Manager in Group Compliance from 2001 to 2007. Timothy then joined BlackRock as a Legal & Compliance Associate for a few months before transitioning to a Principal | Product Manager role in the iShares division. In this role, they oversaw product governance, operations, and infrastructure for existing exchange-traded funds, as well as managed the launch of new funds and various initiatives. Timothy Bethe is currently the Head of Operations & Risk at VanEck.

Timothy Bethe completed their education with a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Western Sydney University, which they pursued from 1998 to 2002. Timothy also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
