Vang and Lockwood is a company that was founded by three friends who met through an online video game. Elliot Lockwood, who has autism and other mental health conditions, was struggling to cope with life when he started playing a game called War Wings. He found that the game gave him an outlet to socialize and express himself, and he eventually became one of the top players in the league.

Through War Wings, Elliot met Soui Vang and Brian Murray, who became among his closest friends. The three of them bonded from gaming activities and started to share experiences with mental health and shared interests. Then after many years they have decided to start a business together as they learnt that each others strengths and weaknesses could be overruled with each others help even though there where all thousands miles apart.

At first, they thought they would start a mobile game or a podcast. Then Elliott's curiosity about candles led them into a different path, they began researching wax types, fragrances, safety and production methods, and he eventually came up with the idea to create handmade wax melt bars, candles, and other cosmetic products.

His friends were supportive of his idea, and they even gave him money to fund the venture. After eight months of hard work, they had developed a line of products that received rave reviews from product testers all over the world.

One of their close friends, Ed Heinz, was so impressed with their products that he and his wife Sandy decided to invest in the company. This investment gave Vang and Lockwood the financial resources they needed to grow, and they quickly became one of the leading fabrication of handmade wax products in the UK.
