Will O'Connell, MBA, CIM®, is the Regional Director at Vanguard Canada, where they have held several roles since 2017, including Business Development Manager and Associate. Prior to their tenure at Vanguard, Will served as a Project Manager at the Centre for Urban Energy at Ryerson University and worked in various positions in the insurance industry, including as Associate Account Manager at Everest Reinsurance. Will earned an MBA from Ryerson University and completed the Chartered Insurance Professional Program and the Canadian Securities Course. Additionally, Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Honours History from Wilfrid Laurier University.
