Many of Vanguard’s physicians have practiced for more than 20 years, are leaders in healthcare delivery systems and primary care in New Jersey, residency directors, family practice hospital department chairmen, New Jersey medical school’s faculty, and past presidents of the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians.  Vanguard delivers a comprehensive patient-centered medical home model to improve patient experience and quality of care leading to better health outcomes and reducing health care costs for patients.
