Jim Beard

Jim Beard began their work experience in 1994 at Action Products Company as the Purchasing and Materials Manager. Jim later became the General Manager from 2005 to 2007 and then the Vice President of Operations from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, Jim joined Vanguard Companies as a Senior Project Manager and worked their way up to become the General Manager from 2009 to 2015. From 2015 to 2023, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Vanguard Companies since April 2023.

Jim Beard attended the University of Central Missouri from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jim'sdegree focused on Business Administration and Management, with a general field of study.
