Abid Abbas

Abid Abbas is a Senior Quantitative Researcher and Portfolio Manager in the Quantitative Equity Group at Vanguard, where they have been employed since 2018. They previously held positions as Vice President at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. and Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Abid began their career as an Analyst at Citi and worked as a CDS Engineer at MarketAxess. They also contributed to quantitative strategies and development at Windforce Capital from 2015 to 2018. Abid earned an M.S. in Maths and Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
