Alexandra Gotts

Alexandra Gotts is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in global Total Rewards, HR operations, and user experience. Currently serving as Principal in Human Resources at Vanguard since 2009, Alexandra oversees the strategy and communication of the firm's global benefits, compensation, and mobility programs. Prior to this role, Alexandra held various leadership positions, including Head of Global Total Rewards at Vanguard, and served as Head of HR for Europe and Fixed Income at Lehman Brothers and ABN AMRO respectively. Alexandra's career began at Instinet Corporation as International Head of HR. Alexandra holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from Humberside University.
