Allison Kenney

Allison Kenney is a highly experienced instructional designer and educational leader with a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Vanguard, Allison has previously held significant roles at Microsoft, True Office Learning, and Oracle, focusing on developing global training programs, initiatives, and onboarding solutions. As Curriculum Director at Lone Star Academy, Allison oversaw curriculum development and teacher training for a new charter academy. Additionally, previous roles include Efficacy Implementation Curriculum Manager at Pearson and adjunct instructor at the University of Central Florida. Allison holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis on integrating technology, learning, and psychology, along with multiple master's degrees in instructional design and curriculum and instruction.
