Allyson Levy

Allyson Levy is an accomplished transactional attorney with extensive experience in corporate and securities matters. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel in both Marketing and Communications Legal and Finance Legal at Vanguard since January 2018, Allyson has held various legal positions, including Corporate Counsel at FIS and SunGard Data Systems Inc., as well as Attorney at Dechert LLP. Allyson's background includes a focus on commercial real estate finance, encompassing origination, acquisition, syndication, and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financings, and subordinate debt. Allyson began legal training as a Summer Associate at Dechert LLP and gained practical experience at the University of Pennsylvania Law School's Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. Allyson holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an MBA from Florida A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution.
