Amanda To has over a decade of experience at Vanguard, currently serving as the Head of Client Centricity, focused on building the Implementation Services - Service Center Team for Record-keeping Services within the Institutional Investment Group. Previous roles at Vanguard include Senior Program Manager - Strategy Lead, Advisor Technology Program Manager, Asset Transfer Services Manager, Supervisor, and Fund Financial Analyst, where Amanda demonstrated leadership and oversight in team operations, client relations, and project management. Prior to joining Vanguard, Amanda gained valuable experience as an intern at Sheehy Associates Inc, the Office of the Attorney General, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on investment education, legal case research, and sales strategy development. Amanda holds an MBA in Business Intelligence from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
