Andy Lazzaro is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in global investment operations and technology management. Currently serving as an IT Principal at Vanguard since 1998, Lazzaro leads the IT Global Investment Operations Systems Department, overseeing systems that support major business groups such as Global Investment Operations and Securities Lending.
